"I think it's fantastic that everyone can try our blood pressure monitor risk-free for 30 days"

"As a cardiologist, I know you can't judge the reliability of a blood pressure monitor in five minutes. You need to use it in everyday life — morning, evening, under stress and at rest. That's exactly why we give you 30 days to try our monitor in your own routine. If it isn't the most accurate and straightforward device you've ever used, you'll get a full refund — no questions asked."

Frequently asked questions

1. Are the readings reliable?

We only use clinically validated upper-arm monitors, tested in line with recognised standards (e.g. VDL, STRIDE-BP). This means you can trust the readings you see.

If you'd like extra reassurance, you can compare your results with a professional device at your GP surgery — we'd recommend doing this every two to three years.

2. Will the cuff size fit me?

This is important: a poorly fitting cuff can produce inaccurate readings — potentially showing blood pressure as too high or too low (with deviations of up to 20 mmHg).

If the standard cuff doesn't fit your arm — whether it's too large or too small — we offer additional cuff sizes. Simply get in touch with our team.

3. Why not a wrist or finger monitor?

Wrist and finger monitors are often less accurate and more sensitive to body position and arm movement.

That's why we exclusively use upper-arm measurement, as recommended by the British Heart Foundation and leading health professionals.

4. How should I take a reading to get accurate results?

Sit quietly with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and your bare upper arm at heart level.

Avoid exercise, caffeine, alcohol or smoking for at least 30 minutes beforehand.

Take readings at roughly the same time each day (e.g. morning and evening), under similar conditions. Trends over time matter more than individual readings.

5. How often should I take readings and have the monitor checked?

Ideally, take at least two readings per day (e.g. morning and evening) over several days — this helps your GP identify meaningful trends. Every one to two years, it's worth having the monitor checked against a professional device at your GP surgery.
