Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unused, complete, clean, and preferably in its original packaging. Please also include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it for any signs of use, wear, or damage.
Refunds will be issued proportionally depending on the condition of the item. A full refund (100%) will only be granted if the item is returned completely unused and in perfect hygienic condition.

Effects of Withdrawal
After your withdrawal, you will receive the corresponding refund within 30 days, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Additional services (e.g., express shipping) are excluded.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
